I had a great experience with Clear Home Inspection for the pre-drywall inspection of my new home. Arthur was thorough and provided a detailed report with clear photos and explanations. As someone unfamiliar with construction, I appreciated how the report highlighted the concerns and helped me understand what to discuss with my builder before drywall went up.The inspection gave me a much clearer picture of the work that needed attention. I would highly recommend Clear Home Inspection to anyone buying a home, including new construction!

Great experience with this company! The inspector, Arthur, was very professional, thorough, and explained everything clearly. He made the process easy and stress-free. Highly recommend!

If you want an honest thorough inspection call Arthur! I used him to inspect the house I just bought-he found things the previous inspector missed 3 months prior! He was so good that I had him do a pre inspection on my other house prior to my daughter and son-in-law purchasing it. When I say he leaves no stone unturned I mean it!He found things and documented things that haven’t been exposed for 30 years and were missed by prior HVAC companies. He identified an area which MAY be asbestos-just in case.If you don’t want a thorough inspection-skipArthur.In some ways he’s a seller’s realtor’s nightmare but a buyer’s best resource!Also-both the houses are over 100 years old and one is almost 200 years old in downtown Hudson in the historical section-which makes it even more important to ensure a thorough inspection so you know what you might be getting into before you buy.And Arthur takes his time-it could be 4 hours and he won’t be hurried along- he takes his time and takes as long as he needs to complete the inspection no matter what!

Beyond thorough and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
